This type of plastic sausage casings application for Korean rice sausage as the above photo, it require the sausage shape good and quick peel off, not sticky with the rice, also the longger shelf life for the products, the rice sausage casings are in transparent shirred 25meters/stick, the rice sausage casings are special made and for the largest thickness. rice sausage casings are single-layer plastic casing made of polyamide (PA). These are used for traditional sausage filling, especially manual filling. After filling the casing with the meat emulsion, the rice casings surface has a walnut grain color and is even and smooth, without bubbles or fat smear. These rice casings are also to make other mold forming products. They are preferred as the main type of casing for forming hams in molds, with high casing strength, suitable for inclined slicing and vacuum packaging.
